How To Schedule An Email To Be Sent At A Later Date Or Time Using Gmail For Free

I'm pretty sure that some of you there would like to send an email by schedule so you can maybe establish a publishing schedule for your subscribers or just send a report to your boss on a specified day and time. Whatever purpose that this may serve you, the guide below should help you learn how to send an email in Gmail on a schedule.

1. Go here to install Email Scheduler- an add-on for Google Spreadsheet that will do the job.

2. Click the 'FREE' button to install the add-on.

3. After clicking the button, a new tab should open. Click 'Continue' to give the add-on your permission to run.

4. A new window should pop-up following the step above. Scroll down and click 'Allow' to proceed.

5. You're done installing the add-on. Before doing this next step, make sure that you have already composed your email in Gmail and it is saved in your drafts folder. Now, go to Add-ons -> Email Scheduler -> Configure to schedule your Gmail emails.

6. Now, your spreadsheet should look like below. On the right side of the page, select your drafted message from the drop-down and click 'Schedule'.

7. Set the date and time, hit 'Schedule' and you're done. To edit the date and time or cancel the schedule, just hit 'Edit Schedule' or 'Cancel' as shown below.

8. You can also rename the spreadsheet so you can easily identify the spreadsheet in your Google Drive if you need to schedule an email again.

9. To access the spreadsheet where the add-on is installed, just go to your Google Drive and find that spreadsheet.

This brilliant add-on that's provided to everyone for free is all thanks to @labnol! You can actually upgrade to premium for the following reasons:

Toyozu Mountain Resort (Directions, Rates, Information)

Ever been to a hot spring? Well, if you're near Nabunturan, Compostella Valley or wanting to go there, their hot springs are waiting for you!

Located at Barangay Bukal, Nabunturan, ComVal Province, Toyozu Mountain Resort is a definite go-to destination when talking about Mindanao Hot Springs. This is one of the several hot springs in Mindanao that's a fair bit developed and child-friendly. I know this first-hand as we went there with 6 kids and they totally loved it!

  • DIRECTIONS (From Davao City)

Click this link to view the Google Map directions going to the resort. This map will guide you to the resort going from Gaisano Mall, J.P. Laurel Ave., Davao City to Toyozu Mountain Resort. You can also zoom in to see the street view version of the map. The road going to the resort is 90% concrete and 10% rough road (but not too rough, just enough for a car to pass safely).

  • Information

    Other Amenities:

Swimming Pool (mixture of hot and cold water)
    Cave with natural steam
    Sauna House with natural steam
    Jacuzzi type private pools
    Parking Area
    Sari-sari store

Their pools close at 5PM. But you can definitely stay overnight as you wish. The location is wide and surrounded by mountains. And did I mention that there's a river not very far from the resort? The river isn't part of the hot springs but it's a steal, right? One place, 2 awesome bodies of water. I guarantee that the smell of fresh & steamy air and the sound of waters clashing will definitely relax your senses.

AND FOR THE BIG QUESTION... How hot are their hot spring/pools? Well, the water from the hot springs ALONE is too hot to handle. I personally cannot tolerate soaking in it. Maybe the sunny day weather caused the water to be hotter, not sure. But the resort made a way for the water to be neutralized temperature-wise by letting a cold water flow with the hot water so everyone can soak in.
My experience there was definitely fun and I sure will definitely go back there soon. We may go back there when the season is a bit cold. For now, we'll live our lives in the city where the time flies too fast. I cannot wait to go back there! Thanks for reading and until next post!
